Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Loan Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and reporting obligations for clients' commercial real estate loan portfolios
• Perform various loan management functions including payments, disbursements, and file maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with loan and servicing agreements while supporting risk management and control environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate role
• Experience in commercial real estate, particularly in cash management and loan servicing
• Ability to navigate new software applications and learn new processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of key industry technologies is preferred
