Loan Management AVP

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations and reporting obligations for commercial real estate loan portfolios, the full-time remote Loan Management AVP will manage client expectations, perform various loan management functions, and ensure compliance with servicing agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of servicing agreements and loan document requirements, escalating issues as necessary
• Perform loan management functions including payments, disbursements, and quality control of loan records while guiding junior staff
• Collaborate with management to maintain compliance with internal controls and audit standards, while identifying areas for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate role or equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate, particularly in cash management and loan servicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry technologies such as Enterprise! and McCracken Strategy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
