Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Manager East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify new loan submissions and ensure completeness
Compile and process all documents in a timely manner to meet closing dates
Communicate with various stakeholders to facilitate loan approval and closing

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of FHA/VA Loan Processing experience
Experience with Encompass and nCino systems
Knowledge of various loan program guidelines including FHA, VA, and Conventional
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
