Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Manager East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify new loan submissions and ensure completeness
- Compile and process all documents in a timely manner to meet closing dates
- Communicate with various stakeholders to facilitate loan approval and closing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of FHA/VA Loan Processing experience
- Experience with Encompass and nCino systems
- Knowledge of various loan program guidelines including FHA, VA, and Conventional
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
