Loan Manager
Job Summary
Managing the loan process from contract through closing, the full-time remote Loan Manager will provide quality customer service by obtaining necessary documentation for underwriting, verifying compliance with regulations, and communicating proactively with borrowers and referral partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and analyze borrower documentation to ensure completeness and compliance before submitting loans to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and prepare necessary loan approval summaries and disclosures
- Manage the assigned loan pipeline, proactively communicating status and addressing potential issues to facilitate timely closings
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
- Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
