Loan Manager Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager Consultant - Loan Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client delivery, operations, and project execution for Loan Manager
• Drive contract renewals, new account portfolio setups, and cross-sell opportunities with partner services
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic insights for the roadmap and support sales enablement

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with loan or lease servicing software; familiarity with the Shaw platform is preferred
• Understanding of technical and business aspects of software platforms, including API and client/partner integrations
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and track requests
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Leadership and management expertise in business operations
