Loan Modification Title Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Modification Title Analyst in Default Services-Loss Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and report title issues during or after the Loan Modification process on real estate transactions
• Create and provide a grade sheet detailing title issues on the graded title report
• Address inquiries from servicers and internal staff while maintaining open communication with management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Working knowledge of real estate title
• Proven customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products
• Able to multi-task and meet daily production goals with a high level of accuracy
