Loan Modification Title Associate

Job Summary

To support a dynamic mortgage services team, the part-time Loan Modification Title Associate will open national title orders, assist with client setup, and provide daily reporting while working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with opening national title orders and implementing new clients
• Maintain communication with internal staff and clients, addressing inquiries and feedback
• Provide reporting on new orders and manage client escalation issues professionally

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in administrative work and customer service
• Knowledge of the real estate and title insurance industry
• Proven customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products
