Loan Negotiator

Job Summary

To support clients in debt settlement, the hybrid Loan Negotiator will manage client portfolios, negotiate settlements, and guide clients through the loan process while meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed production targets for loan originations, settlements, and program fees
• Manage a book of clients through loan approval, funding, and graduation from the debt settlement program
• Negotiate lump sum settlements on behalf of clients, leveraging loan funds for favorable results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adaptability to CRM systems
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and coachable demeanor
