Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Loan Officer Assistant for a full-time remote position who will support high-volume loan production from application to closing, manage borrower communication, and ensure accurate file structuring to improve turn times.

Key responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers with a high-volume pipeline from application to closing
• Review income, assets, and credit for accuracy before submission
• Manage borrower communication and follow up on conditions and documentation

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years of mortgage experience in a Loan Officer Assistant or similar role
• Experience supporting a high-producing Loan Officer or team
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans
• Encompass experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
