Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Loan Officers in building relationships with realtors, builders, and bank customers
  • Collect documentation for loan files and input data into the POS system
  • Act as a liaison between realtors/builders and Loan Officers regarding loan file statuses and closing dates
Required Qualifications
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Lotus Notes
  • Ability to be flexible and meet the needs of others in the field or processing center
  • Adaptability to rapid changes and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a team
