Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prequalify home loan applications and issue pre-approval letters
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, borrowers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely loan closings
• Manage the success of loans in the committed pipeline while providing an exceptional client experience

• Ability to manage cash, credit, income, and collateral assessments
