Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support the lending process remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan pipeline by preparing packages, verifying documentation, and resolving issues
• Coordinate technical aspects using Automated Underwriting Systems and Encompass for efficient file management
• Act as a liaison for third parties to ensure all loan requirements are met and clients are informed throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage lending or a related financial environment
• Proficiency in Encompass360 is highly preferred
• Basic understanding of Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loan programs
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
