Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for loan officers and manage incoming calls
• Assist the Loan Partner II with clerical tasks and maintain branch documentation
• Attend branch events to support the Loan Officer in building clientele

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass required
• Knowledge of RESPA and mortgage lending regulations preferred
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
