Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
• Provide general clerical support to loan officers and processors

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage-related experience
• Previous sales support experience preferred
• Experience with Encompass preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
