Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting mortgage loan officers in their daily tasks, the full-time remote Loan Officer Assistant will assist with loan application reviews, manage documentation, and facilitate timely loan closings to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types, tracking outstanding items and ensuring timely follow-up with customers
• Provide clerical support to loan officers, including the preparation and delivery of loan disclosure packages

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including direct customer contact
• Previous sales support experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred
