Loan Officer Assistant
Job Summary
Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time remote Loan Officer Assistant will assist in reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and facilitating timely loan closings to enhance customer experience and increase loan production levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including clerical tasks and communication with customers
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding documentation
- Facilitate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and processors to ensure smooth loan closings
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
- Previous sales support experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
