Loan Officer - Investor Loans

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer (Non QM, DSCR & Investor Loans).

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate Non QM, DSCR, and SFR investor loans while fostering long-term client relationships
• Manage a growing book of investor clients and collaborate with operations to streamline funding
• Provide insights on product and pricing based on market trends and represent the company in investor networks

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience originating Non QM, DSCR, and investor-focused loans
• Strong understanding of Non QM, DSCR metrics, and investor underwriting
• Experience with LOS/CRM systems and managing detailed investor files
• Knowledge of underwriting standards and loan structuring best practices
• Highly motivated and organized self-starter capable of working independently
