Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Opener to manage the initial stages of the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and prepare necessary documentation before submission to the Loan Processor
• Obtain required FHA and VA I.D. numbers and documentation, and order necessary compliance and fraud reports
• Maintain service level agreements and complete all mandatory company trainings within required timelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred mortgage experience
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
• Willingness to complete long hours sitting and using office equipment
