Loan Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a fast-paced lending operations team, the temporary fully remote Loan Operations Associate will manage administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and system updates within the loan lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks related to loan files, including data entry and document uploads
• Accurately update the Loan Operating System (LOS) to reflect current loan status and milestones
• Manage assigned work queues to ensure timely completion within defined service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and closing processes is required
• Experience reviewing loan files for accuracy and compliance prior to funding is strongly preferred
• Experience in a production- or metrics-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
