Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Origination & Lending Operations Manager (Nonprofit Finance).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan transactions post credit approval, ensuring timely matching of borrowers with appropriate lenders
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and marketplace lending partners, facilitating communication and managing relationships
• Oversee the closing process and post-closing activities, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, focusing on commercial lending, underwriting, or operations
• Strong understanding of commercial loan closing processes and documentation requirements
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions
• Experience interfacing with senior bankers, financial executives, and nonprofit leaders
• Proficiency with CRM systems, loan origination software, and standard productivity tools
