Loan Origination Support Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial institutions remotely, the full-time Loan Origination Support Analyst will manage customer support requests, assist with loan lifecycle issues, and provide training on lending software to ensure successful utilization of the Hawthorn River lending platform.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for financial institutions utilizing Hawthorn River lending solutions
- Research and troubleshoot customer-reported issues while coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and provide virtual training to customers
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in banking, lending operations, or loan documentation
- Experience generating and/or reviewing consumer, commercial, and real estate loan documentation
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end lending process and loan operations
- Familiarity with TRID-related consumer lending documentation
- Experience with loan origination systems and lending software platforms
