Job Summary

To ensure the stability and performance of the Loan Origination System, the full-time remote Loan Origination System Manager will oversee system development, configuration updates, and enhancement cycles while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize functionality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass, including configuration and workflow management
• Proven experience managing teams and driving performance through coaching and development
