Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Originator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a consistent client base of realtors and borrowers to gain leads and referrals
- Ensure customers are placed in loan programs that align with their goals and expectations
- Oversee the loan process from origination to close and provide ongoing communication to clients
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Mortgage experience preferred
- Software competence including loan origination software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook
- Active Driver's License as travel is required
- Active Loan Originator License required
