Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with guidelines

- Assist clients with the origination system and maintain documentation in loan software
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred
- Basic understanding of financial documents such as assets, income, and credit preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Encompass software is a plus
