Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant to provide support in a sales environment for mortgage assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation while maintaining communication with clients
- Document client interactions in loan origination software and provide status updates to the Loan Originator or Production Team
- Assist clients with the origination system and manage borrower documents accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred
- Basic understanding of financial documents such as assets, income, and credit preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
