Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant to provide support in a sales environment for mortgage assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review loan applications and supporting documentation while maintaining communication with clients
  • Document client interactions in loan origination software and provide status updates to the Loan Originator or Production Team
  • Assist clients with the origination system and manage borrower documents accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred
  • Basic understanding of financial documents such as assets, income, and credit preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
