Loan Originator Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loan applications, documentation collection, and prepare loan files for processing
• Coordinate communication between Loan Originators, clients, and referral partners throughout the loan process
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure timely follow-up and customer service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in a related role such as LOA, Processor, or Underwriter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Encompass preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage banking processes, particularly in residential mortgage banking
• Ability to analyze data and manage multiple projects effectively
