Loan Originator Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate loan applications and coordinate documentation collection
• Act as the primary contact between Loan Originators, clients, and referral partners throughout the loan process
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and assist in ensuring timely closings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in a related role (LOA, Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with mortgage banking processes and originating systems, preferably Encompass
• Ability to analyze issues and manage multiple projects concurrently
