Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner to manage loan officers' schedules and assist the Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule loan officer appointments and manage incoming calls
• Assist the Loan Processor with clerical tasks and maintain branch documentation
• Attend branch events and meet branch objectives related to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass required
• Knowledge of RESPA and mortgage lending regulations preferred
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
