Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner 1 to help increase loan production and streamline the loan pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads within 5-10 minutes through calls, texts, or emails
• Pre-qualify borrowers and assist with structuring loan scenarios
• Manage loan pipeline and ensure timely communication with borrowers and team members

Required Qualifications

• 30-50 outbound calls per day with same-day follow-up on all leads
• Ability to maintain an organized and updated pipeline
• Experience in mortgage, banking, or real estate preferred
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
