Loan Partner I

Job Summary

Managing the schedules of loan officers, the full-time remote Loan Partner I will assist the Loan Partner II, handle incoming calls, and maintain the branch lead tracker while supporting branch objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for loan officers and the Branch Manager
• Assist with clerical tasks and maintain branch-assigned checklists and files
• Attend branch events to help build clientele and meet pre-qualification objectives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA and mortgage regulations
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
• Excellent math and analytical skills
