Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the loan process from initial contact through contract execution
• Request initial disclosures and manage documentation for efficient underwriting review
• Provide proactive updates and coordinate closely with processing and other departments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage industry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
