Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Policy Management Specialist responsible for developing and overseeing loan policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review loan policies and procedures across various lending areas
• Stay updated on lending regulations and ensure compliance through policy adjustments
• Conduct risk assessments and establish a loan review process to monitor portfolio quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• 7 or more years of banking and/or finance regulatory and risk management experience
• 5 or more years of commercial loan experience
• 1 or more years of presentation experience
• 2 or more years of compliance and/or audit experience (preferred)
