Loan Processing Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processing Assistant to support the Loan Processor in ensuring accurate and compliant processing of loan files.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Loan Processor in obtaining and reviewing loan documentation and submitting complete loan packages to Underwriting
• Manage the pipeline of loans and ensure timely and compliant processing
• Communicate with various stakeholders including loan officers, buyers, and title companies to provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years of experience in the mortgage or financial field preferred
• Familiarity with BYTE software preferred
• Completion of required processing training modules with the ability to meet key metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
