Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processing Assistant to manage the loan setup phase and ensure efficient loan pipeline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan setup, disclosures, and order third-party verifications
• Organize new files and verify compliance documents within 24 hours of receipt
• Review documentation for discrepancies and assist Loan Processors as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of loan processing and/or real estate finance experience
• Experience with mortgage loan processing systems, preferably Encompass
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to accurately input data
