Key Responsibilities

Review loan documentation for accuracy and manage updates as necessary
Oversee the processing team, including employee development, coaching, and training
Analyze data to determine suitable loan products and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of processing or underwriting experience in the retail mortgage lending industry
2+ years of leadership experience
Experience with Encompass
Working knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA, and State Bond eligibility guidelines
Advanced loan processing skills
