Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the performance and daily tasks of Loan Processors and Loan Processing Assistants
Collaborate with Processing and Operations leadership to achieve departmental goals
Assign tasks to ensure KPIs are met and oversee team development and training

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Mortgage Processing or related fields
High school diploma required
Previous leadership experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the residential mortgage industry
Experience with mortgage-related LOS systems and compliance regulations
