Key Responsibilities

Review initial loan submissions for completeness and accuracy
Order third-party documentation and collaborate with underwriting to finalize approvals
Maintain organized digital loan files and monitor active loan pipelines to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or basic underwriting
Familiarity with various loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA, etc.)
Strong understanding of LOS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent required
