Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
Communicate with various companies to obtain necessary third-party documentation and ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
