Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor to support homeowners applying for a Home Equity Investment product.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate proactively with homeowners and third-party vendors regarding file-related items
• Prepare files for underwriter review, ensuring compliance with guidelines and managing a pipeline of homeowners

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loan processing
• Understanding of mortgage industry regulations and title curative work
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to work in a service-oriented role with high-volume customer contact
• Understanding of home equity investments is preferred
