Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor responsible for providing quality customer service and managing loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble and verify the complete loan package for underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations preferred
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Strong math and analytical skills
