Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
Assemble and verify the complete loan package for underwriting and ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations
Document all communication related to the loan application and assist in training new Loan Processors

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations preferred
Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
Experience with SONYMA loans is preferred
