Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Process loan applications and collect necessary documentation for loans
Verify loan completeness and submit to Underwriting within 24 hours
Coordinate closing details and ensure timely delivery of closing documents

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mortgage lending, preferably in processing
Working knowledge of various loan program guidelines including FHA, VA, and USDA
Proficiency in major loan origination systems, preferably Encompass
Ability to calculate income
Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour work week
