Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers with loan processing and documentation requests
Verify borrowers' information and track the completion of required documentation
Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure timely loan closing

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; college degree strongly preferred
Experience in mortgage origination, preferably in the private/hard money space
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience with a Loan Origination System (LOS) preferred but not required
Non-agency product experience preferred but not required
