Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting
Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation
Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary loan information and disclosures

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
Strong math and analytical skills
