Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor to manage homeowner applications and coordinate investment closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a pipeline of homeowner applications for processing
• Verify documentation and compile initial reviews for underwriting eligibility
• Coordinate with Sales and Funding teams to facilitate closing and funding of investments

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, finance operations, compliance, or related fields
• Experience in roles where success is measured by accuracy and efficiency
• Strong computer skills, with a preference for Salesforce experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
