Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor (DSCR / RTL).

Key Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Review and verify financial information and credit reports
• Coordinate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing, particularly with DSCR and RTL loans
• Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in loan processing software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
