Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage the loan documentation process and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
• Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Excellent math and analytical skills
