Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, analyze documents, and perform data entry for loan processing
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and management to address and resolve loan-related concerns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 5 years of loan processing experience
• Familiarity with mortgage processes and documents
• Exceptional computer skills and ability to adapt to change
• Solid knowledge of RESPA, FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, and VA program guidelines
