Loan Processor

Job Summary

To support the Montvale, NJ office, the full-time remote Loan Processor will manage the loan documentation process by obtaining necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing loan packages for underwriting.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for compliance with mortgage-related regulations
• Communicate with customers, Loan Officers, and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass software
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of mortgage lending regulations
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
