Loan Processor

Job Summary

Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Loan Processor will manage the documentation process for underwriting loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and communicating directly with customers and Loan Officers.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrowers' credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with various companies to obtain necessary third-party documentation and manage the loan pipeline effectively

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass software
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
• Excellent math and analytical skills
